If you view the rooftops of Tel-Aviv, you will see a forest of white water tanks. Each with a solar panel, it heats the water for a family. More ambitious solar projects we have executed in the USA the hardware too expensive for Israel. We all know the electric and hydrogen patents for cars were bought by the auto industry. An inspirational story.
Tomatoes simmered 24 hours make a nice sauce with thinly sliced onions and garlic.We boil fresh peppers and fava beans in a separate pot. Towards the end we might throw in a few bits of hamburger for seasoning. We serve chili with a boilermaker. If we miss on the chili, we can have another shot and a beer.
