|   | Hi: Up early this morning and decided to make good use of my coffee relax time. I decided to browse PARES, Ministerio de Cultura, Espana. This time I pushed the dates back a little further, 1290 to 1490. The numbers at the top of the header are the catalogue and reference numbers. Fuentes or Source is PARES, Ministerio de Culture, Espana. The date of the document is 02/04/1318 The town is Asieso. Its a simple document according to the archiver. This is what it says: "Toda Perez, from San Vicente, an Abess of the Monastary, gives Martin de Ayes and his wife, Sancha Guazer, Bernardo Guazer, and his wife, Tomasa, a palace with its land, serfs, farms, live stock, (the word heredamientos covers a lot of things), the palace is situated in Asieso. They have to pay a yearly sum of 5 potos and a half, and a pound of olive oil." Any one have a castle they want to give away? I can pay the same amount on a yearly basis...(Joke).
