It was moving and a very enjoyable concert. It is also the most money I ever paid for a concert ticket.
Both sides have been very guilty of half truths. Did you ever stop to think that it completely eludes many Republicans how one could vote for a Democrat, especially Obama? At the same time, I don't feel compelled to set anyone straight on the matter. In my opinion, Washington will continue to operate the way it always has no matter who is elected. I don't have much faith in any politician.
I'm so glad this sport is working out so well for you and Kota. (((hugs))) Annie :o)
p.s. Right now my hubby is installing a new front door light. The old one just wouldn't work. He went out to his workshop and found this big flood light and now he is drilling a big hole out front to make it fit. Just what I need to greet people at my front door.... an emergency flood light. Aaaaugh!!!!
Funny, but still somewhat sad. They just don't get it!
I'm so very happy for you and Sharon. Have you set a date for the big event or is it to be a small event? Anyhow... congrats to the both of you.
Way to go Flo.
I've seen all of those cool places... just not from the air. I have friends that went on a helicopter ride on Kauai... they loved it.
Very upsetting news, Chris. I hope the doctors get to the bottom of all the problems and that you are feeling much better, soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Got that Halloween spirit.
Well, I needed a break from the monthly bills. If the government just put a freeze on sending bills... I'd be happy!
Your backyard is growing leaves. Sorry to laugh, but that is funny. Doesn't take much to make me laugh. Did you see the photos of Fredo's yard???? Talk about leaves! Good beer always goes with yard work!!!!
Love these duets! I saw Natalie Cole at an outdoor winery performance in Livermore, CA. They had here dad up on a big screen and they did this duet. It was sooooo cool. I cried.
I saw your blog title and just had to stop in to find out just what was in your head. I'm sorry that your hubby is having such a tough time, but I think many people are going through these feelings with the economy down the way it is. Work is so important and the feeling of self-worth goes right along with it. Hey... I totally understand the filing problem. That is what is holding up the bookkeeping right now. I have stacks of stuff and can't find anything. And... my accountant sister-inlaw is coming by today. She is going to want to know where I am at on the books. I'm not answering her, but just pointing her in the direction of the office.
Well... now I know what is in your head and you know what is in mine.
