great article for personal reflection
however i doubt whether it is always possible to love what you find hateful
for me the solution is to stay happy with myself
if i am not happy with myself
nothing and nobody can make me happy
things and people can make me happy maybe for a while
eventually i have to be happy with myself
hopefully those around me can be happy
i say hopefully because if they are not happy with themselves nobody and nothing can make them happy
people and things may make them happy for a while
but if they are not happy with themselves nobody and nothing can make them happy
got my point?

Also we have those feel good chemicals in our brains. Serotonin, dopamine, norepinephrine, melatonin, insulin, and prostaglandins are some of the more important ones...and these in turn are influenced strongly by stress, diet, exercise, sunlight, sleep and other life style factors. When we do something nice for someone those chemicals get all fired up and we get those feel good juices flowing.
