Pixolu - Find what you Imagine
This search engine for images is different to all others. Once you
search an image you can refine your search by once again making another
search using that image as a key. And there is no end, you can keep
drilling down unless you find a more accurate match. It uses Yahoo,
Flickr and Google.
Lets make it more clear: First search an image with a keyword (e.g
Rose), then select the one you like. Now use that image to search again
and get better results, you get roses which are similar to the image
you selected.
Oh, and on clicking of the image you can find the details i.e. the exact url and size of the image.

Ah - and don't miss their ImageSorter, an image browsing application, which allows an automatic sorting by color, date taken, name, or size.

Windmills in Eastern Germany
This documentation tries to list all still available windmills in
eastern Germany. It was created from 1992 to 1998. After an analysis of
historical maps and literature, as well as countless excursions, still
704 windmills in all possible preservation statuses could be found and
photographed. The pallet reaches from a heap of rubble, up to
affectionate restored, still grinding systems. It shows varietys of
windmill types in all modifications, the aesthetic charm even of a ruin
and in addition, the problems of the monument protection of a not
longer used technology.
