Official launching date of Large Hadron Collider, most powerful particle accelerator ever created, is now October 21.
https://www.russia-ic.com/news/show/6852/
Russian physicist, head of heavy ion physics department of LHC, said that on the 21st of October a proton beam would pass through the whole ring. Russian scientists are involved in many LHC projects, including ALICE collaboration, which builds a dedicated heavy-ion detector to exploit the unique physics potential of nucleus-nucleus interactions at LHC energies.
Large Hadron Collider is a large international project, a particle accelerator complex intended to collide opposing beams of 14 TeV protons. Its main purpose is to explore the validity and limitations of the Standard Model, the current theoretical picture for particle physics.

This puts us in the window of WWII and the Philadelphia Experiment October 28, 1943. Coincidence?
(MAYBE the whole real reason for this is to close?open? repair? the supposed tear in the time?Space Continmuum that let the aliens in back when they did this experiment.

(space-time n. Physics. The four-dimensional continuum of one temporal and ... It is also called space-time continuum)
The U.S. Navy maintains that no such experiment occurred, and details of the story contradict well-established facts about the Eldridge.
It has nonetheless caused ripples in conspiracy theory circles, and elements of the Philadelphia Experiment are featured in other government conspiracy theories.
Time line inconsistencies
USS Eldridge was not commissioned until August 27, 1943, and remained in port in New York City until September 1943. The October experiment allegedly took place while the ship was on its first shakedown cruise in the Bahamas.
A reunion of veterans who served aboard the Eldridge told a Philadelphia newspaper in April 1999 that the ship had never made port in Philadelphia.[11] Further evidence against the Philadelphia experiment time line comes from Eldridge’s complete World War II action report, including the remarks section of the 1943 deck log, available on microfilm

Large Hadron Collider nearly ready
RSS|Archives
August 1, 2008 11:38 AM
The Large Hadron Collider (LHC), a 27 kilometer (17 mile) long particle accelerator straddling the border of Switzerland and France, is nearly set to begin its first particle beam tests. The European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) is preparing for its first small tests in early August, leading to a planned full-track test in September - and the first planned particle collisions before the end of the year. The final step before starting is the chilling of the entire collider to -271.25 C (-456.25 F). Here is a collection of photographs from CERN, showing various stages of completion of the LHC and several of its larger experiments (some over seven stories tall), over the past several years. (27 photos total)

SEPT. 10 is the new date give in www.universetoday.com article below excerpt
It's official, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) will begin operations in a little over a month. On September 10th, the most sophisticated particle accelerator will go online, injecting the first circulation of accelerated particles. Actual experiments involving collisions will occur once scientists are satisfied the LHC is fully optimized and calibration is complete. The LHC has been undergoing "cool-down" for some time, ensuring the LHC's eight sectors are approaching the 1.9K (-271°C) operational temperature (that is 1.9 degrees above absolute zero). All going well, on September 10th, the first beam will be accelerated to an energy of 450 GeV (0.45 TeV), the preliminary step on the path to attaining particle energies of 5 TeV, a record breaking target
