17th Leap Year Birthday February 29, 2004
February 2004 was a strange month. It started off with my getting my current apartment and my having to sell the convertible car that I had for 23 years and ending with my Leap Year birthday party held at Fort Lauderdale Marriott Hotel & Marina.
Chuck, Gino and I would go to see Bette Midler’s show even though I had invited her to my party and she neither responded or came to the party! That’s okay though because 24 did come to the lavish buffet.
The upper left corner picture is one of my favorites while the lower right picture shows us all wearing jackets which means it was cold!
The sad part about looking at the pictures is that 5 people, that I know of, have died since and I haven’t seen or heard from 3 others.
