Teacherwoman, I cheated, please forgive me.
I made my typical Salmon, veggies (this time was green beans) and potatoes (this time was shredded or hash browns). Typically, it is a very low-fat meal and super duper easy as I take out a frozen salmon, placed it on a Reynold's wrap covered cookie sheet sprayed lightly with Pam (or whatever), veggies next, and then the potatoes on the opposite end of the salmon. I put it in the oven at 350 for 35 minutes. Easy...piece of cake.
Today, however, I cheated big time and I used butter, not only on my green beans, but also on my salmon.
I sprinkled everything with onion powder, salt, and pepper.
OMG! The salmon cooked in butter was TO DIE FOR! The green beans, which get crunchy on some pieces and not on others is so good you want to scream! And, any kind of potato to me rocks!

me an idea.
