Officers in Maine are on the outlook for a man driving around in women's underwear who jumps out of his car in front of women.
There is concern that he's targeting women drivers. The article says they swerve to miss him. If they'll swerve to hit him instead, he'll be much easier for police to find and less likely to act like this in the future.
