Weeks and weeks have passed since I've been to my bench by the ocean. It's time to go back.

To breathe.
To access.
and to realize how amazing life is.
How amazing I am.
How strong I am.
I could have

may have cracked and broken
years ago.
I now Realize how close I was to cracking and breaking over this past Summer.
My Father told her that he couldn't stop me
so he called to her to me

and it amazes me that

all the time without knowing
that I was asking.

I'm learning how to ask.

love.
I'm worthy of love.
