The carpet inside is the color of a blush wine. Pink, perhaps, but a darkish pink, and her furniture goes with it perfectly.
Here is the family room with the north-facing windows that she fell in love with. The house is a 1960s ranch with an architect-designed addition that doubles the size. There are lots of skylights in the addition, including an artist work room.

I think the carpet looks pinker than normal in this photo. Jeri and I really like the dining room drapes. They are lined with a delicate pink that I forgot to take a close-up picture of. See the columns framing the doorway? Those spaces are perfect for Jeri's statues. She is the only person I know who's got a bunch a statues to give class to the place.

This is a wallet/purse thing from Guatemala that Fredo sent to Jeri. She framed it, and it's on the dining room wall.

Here is more of the family room with the windows. Jeri is excited to have the ceiling fans.

This is a picture of Rex the Wonder Dog lurking in the shadows. He is very camera-shy so this is the best I could do after chasing around the house.

We think he misses the home out in the country where he could swim in the pond and dig holes wherever he wanted. He acts like he's ready to go back there any time someone wants to take him.
