It's nice to know how that works, but I'm sorry you had to lose a piece of your finger in order to us to find out. I know you will keep us updated.
What a shame to close all the libraries, right up there with book burning. I'll bet strictly country buffet in the heart of the south is a marvelous thing to see. City folks think the country is no-man's land that nobody cares about, don't realize that what seems like the middle of nowhere is somewhere to somebody.
Love the sticks and those beautiful tops.
I'm so sorry, Teal, can identify with every one of your concerns. I hope Buster's deal was that he didn't know how to indicate to the new family that he needed to go out, and the schedule for taking him out is different from what he knows.
Definitely sounds like a Lifetime Channel thing.
Oh my goodness. It's good that you were with him rather than finding him some time later, and sounds like he had a good last day, quite a bit thanks to you.
It sounds like a plot for a scary movie. I'm glad he escaped, and that you are able to help him.
I thought about you last night, Martin, because I was leaving work when the big orange moon was just coming up. I tried to get a picture of it, but it's hard to do it justice. I was thinking 'Martin's probably going to be taking pictures of it, too.
In that photo Colin Firth doesn't look like he used to. And I know she got plastic surgery so doesn't look the same, either.
Seems it wasn't so long ago he was a kitten.
Such a great story, I'm glad the movie is worth watching.
What a frustrating situation compounded by potential tragedy. I say potential because I'm hoping by some miracle he comes through.
I have big plans for today because of the Labor Day Holiday - scanning documents and organizing files, getting ready for the homestretch heading into the end of the year. Let's see how much I get done. Meanwhile, maybe a nice cup of coffee.
Although some of the movies in the 'old days' of let's say the 1970s, were often too long and the extra time didn't add anything, it seems we have swung the other way where the story-telling suffers from too much editing to keep it within a certain time constraint. Watching deleted scenes on DVD versions of various movies, I've often felt that the story would have been much more understandable if they'd been left in.
