When I see this title on other people's posts, I momentarily wonder if they are swearing off blogging for some reason like it has gotten too intense, or maybe they are just not going to be at a computer for awhile.

I'm going on a cruise for a week, so will be out of touch. I notice in the literature that the ship has a lot of WiFi spots, but knowing what a mercenary bunch they are, I expect they charge for it. And besides, all my laptops are in another state.

I wanted to be sure to let you all know so I wouldn't be one of those AWOL people who just falls off the radar and may or may not reappear weeks or months later all full of apologies or not.


Lately I haven't had time to read and respond to all the comments on my posts like I would like, but in just a few weeks I'll be back to my real home where I have DSL and it is so much more fun to spend time on the Internet.

PS Buddy the Cat will be looked after by the neighbors, Dot and Tony. I feel horribly guilty about it because he won't be able to go in and outside as usual or have the blinds opened up so he can catch the sun in the morning. He will be depressed.
