Here you can see a wide flood plain for a river and the river itself zigzags back and forth across its width. It almost looks like all that is the river, but it's not, because if you look you can just see a small- to medium-sized town built on the banks of the existing river, so all that white is where the river used to be a long, long time ago.

Interstate 77 runs through this valley for a bit, and I reckon the town might be New Philadelphia, Ohio, with a population of 17,000, but there are a few other likely candidates.
This is Indiana, where you can see how the outlying roads lead to the center of town, like spokes on a wheel.

Here is another river, I'm not sure where. See that white section? That looks like ice, but I don't know why the rest of the river isn't frozen.
