Its been working and "catching up" with all the papers I didn't grade. (By mistake I left my bag with the papers at school during the break and they were locked away for two weeks) I feel like I'm consistently behind and always racing the clock. Serves me right for taking on an extra period this year. Most teachers have a planning period, but because of class size amendment here in the sunshine state, I agreed to take on another class. Believe me, I'll never do that again! Not worth it for sure. No down time all day long, but I asked for it. The students are sweet that's the only good part of it.

I got to Friday this week and took a deep breath! I love my weekends and look forward to sleeping past 5:25. Nothing big happening here. So far 2011 has been just dandy -- quiet. Need quiet right now. Anyway, have a good weekend!
