So we're in T-minus 2 weeks till Navy D is off to KY for a yet to be determined time. Last night he came over and helped me cook dinner. We made this amazing goat cheese stuffed chicken, and sliced up some potatoes and put some onions in there. While we were waiting for dinner to cook we snacked on some pita and hummus. I warmed them up in the toaster oven. It was so delicious. We sat down at my table and had really good conversation, and he was a good helper in the kitchen.

This weekend we're going to a show which is an 80's revival band. They play all the greatest hits to the 80's and a lot of people dress up. I am of course too cool for that so I just go as I am. Sunday we're going to get up in the morning, get some coffee, and head out to the national mall for the AM. We're going to perhaps grab some breakfast to eat on a blanket in the mall, with the Spiker. Then we'll take Spike home and we're going to go to some neighborhoods that I would like to live in next. For some reason, Navy D is very into this process. He hasn't come out and said it but I can see the train of thought in his head. He'll go to KY take care of his business, and come back here. He may or may not work in KY. He was asking me about my budget and what I would be willing to spend per month on housing, etc. I am not ready to move in with him as of this date. Could I get there? I don't know.

I made a comment to him yesterday. He's planning on coming back here in July when his roommate returns from Dujubuti (Sp?). So I said well if you don't act like a JA I will mail you a key to my house so you can just let yourself in. I was like it's all up to you JA. HAHA.

It's going to be tough to see him go, but its something that he feels that he needs to do. For that reason, I need to be supportive, and if someone or something loves you it will come back to you. So that's my mantra. Plus I figure it's going to be summer and if I am going to be single, well there is no time like the present. I have a new job, I am starting to eat healthier again, despite my atrocious travel schedule. It's all coming together.
