So my best friend posted photos of me back in 2005 about 4 years ago maybe 3.5! I flew to Chicago on a Saturday and found out I was leaving the Thursday before... I am the least spontaneous person I know! And this was one of the best trips ever. So I was looking at the picture and we were having a great time and I was UBER thin. How did I do it? I exercised 4 -5 times per week I ran walk/ran 4 miles every time I was at the gym. I would go on the weekend and on my lunch hour so it was UBER easy to do this.
Anywho I saw the pics and I am back in the swing of things. Tonight I am proud to say that I ran/walked 4.5 miles. I plan to head back Friday night and Saturday and Sunday. Which will make my goal of 4 times per week! Hooray! :) Back in the saddle and I have things to work for.
1) A family trip to Vegas in March--All expense paid by parentals!
2) A family wedding in July
3) lots of other fun activities that I don't even know about yet!
