So I have been a busy bee the past few weeks. I went to NY to visit with the family. I got a new IPhone 3GS when I was at home. I am gonna update my phone number soon, so look for the text/email informing you of this glorious change! :) I decided it was time to lose the people who I would rather not speak to anymore (i.e SD).

Last week I went on my first date with a boy we're gonna call Fungi. He is hilarious and I enjoy his company immensely. We met off of the dating site that I seem to be forever subscribed to, and we met up for drinks down the street. We managed to drink 3 bottles of wine on our first date (eek), but it was a lot of fun. He spent the night, and pg-13 activities took place, but nothing serious. We woke up in the morning and he had to go to work. I tried to go back to bed so that I would be well rested for my trip home to NY.

While I was in NY I got to spend a lot of good quality time with my whole family. This was nice and we had a great time. I also was able to email Fungi a lot and text to let him know I was into him as well. He asked me to go to the GreenDay Concert at the Verizon Center in DC. I agreed to this, and then he asked me to go to Kid Rock/Lynard Skinnard on Saturday. I then asked him to meet the big Kristy because she's gotten to read the emails from him and she's a big fan already! :) He agreed to go out with us on Sunday.

Greenday was off the chain! I didn't sit down once, I didn't know most of their songs as I wasn't a HUGE fan. I have to say they put on a great show. Fungi is really funny. At one point in the show, he said "Is that one of the Jonas brothers?" about one of the guitar players. My response: "No that's Joe Jonas Senior." HAHA! On our way home we grabbed a cab home. He told the cab driver we had been together for 15 years, and that we had child number 5 on the way. As we were leaving the car, he told the cab driver, I am gonna go work on making child number 6. Apparently somehow we already have 7 children and he wants me to tell our parents (kidding)! HAHA. During the concert he told me he was smitten with me, I was happy to hear this. I told him I was smitten with him as well! HAHA!

So Saturday we have plans to go to Kid Rock, and Sunday plans to go day drinking with Kristy & R! Horay!
