It's become clear that I have been unhappy with my appearance and what not. My old roommate M who has recently lost her poor puppy Bishop has propositioned that we go to Hawaii in the Fall. Her Aunt has a place that they rent out on Kauai, where we'll likely be vacationing for a week or more.

This along with another family wedding in less than two months has strengthened my resolve to be eating better and generally take better care of myself. I have had chronic back pain for like ever. I am constantly trying to relieve it on my own. I have good health insurance. So I am using it to see a chiropractor.

I went today and he told me my lower back was like everyone had taken the entire lower half of my body and squished it together like a traffic jam. I said, well that is how I feel. Then he went on to say that my right shoulder is higher than my left because of the tension in my neck.

Overall I am glad that I am back on the train of eating healthier. Hopefully I can drop some weight in time for the 4th Of July wedding.
