So yesterday was Day 1 of the new diet. It went well at the end of the day I rewarded myself with a slice of low fat peanut butter pie. It was delicious and will be coming to work so that I avoid eating too much of it in the future!
Today I plan on starting a strength training workout that I saw in Link to Golds Gym Wii Game . I also ordered another DDR pad so that Kristy and I can do dance offs when we have wine nights at my pad... This will be most excellent!
So I am gonna alternate this strength training with 3 x 30 Minute cardio work outs to start the whole weight loss train. So the motivation continues!!!
