My cousin agreed to watch the Spiker for the weekend. She spent the weekend at my place with him while going to the pool, and playing on the internet. This has been much of my strategy over the last few weeks to entertain myself while unemployed. I can relate to how this could be a great benefit to your health and mental situation. I headed to the beach with Natalie late night on Friday night. We got there around midnight and crashed! We were so tired!

So we headed out to accomplish our goals for the weekend on Saturday morning. It involved words that began with the letter B. Breakfast, Beach, Boardwalk and the Bar. Breakfast was quite delightful at the "General's Kitchen" I had some eggs, hashbrowns and bacon! We ate so much that we didn't really need lunch. After laying around the beach like broccoli we headed to the boardwalk. The boardwalk was full of good food, and great people watching.

The night brought some entertainment at the local watering hole. We got some frozen beverages, and then headed around to do some more people watching. There were live bands playing and people were dancing. There was this older couple who were getting their groove on the dance floor. Everyone was so excited to see them dancing and having a grand time. We had a few drinks, and good conversation.

Of course there were boys, there always are. I went to the bathroom and when I came back there was a boy dancing with N. He was dancing in a manner in which I can only describe as drunk, inebriated and retarded. We managed to lose him, and then we went ahead and made fun of him. While we were immitating him a financial d-bag from the stock market NYC showed up to ask if there was something wrong with me. I then went ahead and told him that my name was "BAATHE" I don't know know why. He then proceeded to kiss me uninvited. I proceeded to go shake my stuff on the dance floor. To quote my friend N, "Damn Beth, you can get down!"

In any event, it was a great weekend and we headed back Sunday after some more beach time.
