I went into work in the morning to work and was pleased to discover that the micro managing boss was not there. This gave me a cause to do a little dance. My co-worker A walked into my office and did the same little dance when she discovered he was not there. At 1130 I took a trip to best buy and purchased my wii and wii fit. I love them mucho.

About 10 am when I was supposed to meet DOD_IT guy he decided to call and ask if I wanted to get coffee. I called him back and left him a voice mail that I had already went to get coffee with a co worker but maybe later we could figure something out. He said ok, I have to check my schedule, but I will give you a call later. 4 pm rolled around and he still hadn't called. I sent him a text message that said, can't do coffee, let's try another time. DOD_IT guy said how about this weekend? I was like how about Sunday around 10 am? He said he had to check his schedule again, which I found annoying. I went home, set up the Wii and waited for my date with Tattoo Boy to start.

Tattoo Boy and I met up at 8 at a place that was close to my pad. He was running late, which was mildly annoying. However, once he got there the conversation flowed well. We decided to leave the place we met up at because it was bothering him. Then we went to a place that is pretty cool and is right around the corner. I had never been there before but I adore it and will be frequenting it. He was hungry, and I was not. So we were going to go get pancakes, but the joint was closed. So we went to another italian place, and they weren't serving food either. But we had some more drinks. Afterwards, I said we have a few options: end the night, go to ihop, or go to my place and eat some chicken and pasta. He was like lets go to your place and play with the wii. So he ate dinner, and I talked with him. Afterwards we played the wii. The night ended at 2 am with a hug. I sent him a text that said thanks for a great evening, I hope you get home safe. He replied with one that said, "I had a great time too, I always drive safe. I wanted to kiss you but was afraid." I said, maybe next time... give your puppy a kiss for me.

Yesterday I got up, went tanning, grabbed some coffee and breakfast. Went to the grocery store, came home. Roasted a chicken, played with the wii and then headed to church and dinner with some friends. After dinner I made banana bread and crashed early. Tattoo Boy (TB) was texting me all day asking me how things were, etc. DOD_IT boy decided to call @ 8. I talked with my best friend A in Chicago and I told her how I was feeling about the situation. I decided to email him and tell him that I appreciated the interest but I found the "checking the schedule" and not meeting up when he said he was going to as a huge turn-off and thought that we better not meet. He replied with his full schedule for the last 4 days. I replied to him that I appreciated his honesty and letting me know this, but that I couldn't ignore my gut. I said that my instinct said that this might be how he would act in a relationship and that I wished him the best of luck in quest to find a match.

Today is a lazy day, and I have already spoken with TB on the phone. I am hoping we're going to get together soon for a second date :) I like him and I am enjoying this for whatever it is worth. I may be coming down with something but I am not sure so I am just trying to relax and watch television today.
