Someone once said, "If you're going to be a bear, be a grisly!"

That's kind of my attitude...failure is always a possibility, but it is not going to happen.

I have confidence in my own abilities and skills to succeed at anything. Some might call that egotistical; I call it faith....faith in God, faith in myself, and faith in others.

Remember what Jesus said: "I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.:" (Matthew 17:20 NIV)

After all, as Paul later reminds us, "If God is for us, who then can be against us?" (Romans 8:31 NIV)

I have not the slightest doubt that God is for me.

Why then should I settle for hamburger when I can have steak?

I once said, "I'm not sharing you with anyone."
