Not a major development for most, but of interest to those of us who have achieved 70 and beyond. Checked the obituaries of two news papers and did not find my name in either.

I didn't want to waste either the day or my energy if it were not necessary.

We are supposed to have another great day dawning. It is 47 degrees here now and is supposed to glide along in the high sixties and low seventies most of the day.

Both JoAnne and I have residual congestion left from our bout with the "new" flu. No fever involved at this point, but we sure are tired of coughing. JoAnne plans to get some more of that nasty tasting, over the counter cough syrup today. Sure hope it helps. Personally, I am not sure that it is worth the effort.

Well, today is garbage day. Have to get the two huge cans to the street.
