We had snow this morning, but the sun is pulling a hide and seek gambit across our Nevada sky.
Both Pea vine and Cone have misty shrouds hovering over their peaks, but the sun pierces through upon occasion and burns back the mist for moments.
The weather folks predict more snow for this evening and for the next three to four days. The passes are not closed, but there are chain advisories posted.
Winston and Teddy find the snow to be interesting, but are more than happy to return to the house and the warmth found there.
I had a call from one of my ex-students yesterday. She and her husband (Bowling Pro) are here in Reno where he is competing in a tournament.
I wandered downtown this morning and watched him bowl. He is quite good and might very well finish in the money this weekend.
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, JoAnne will be coming back fro Yorba Linda on Sunday rather than Tuesday. Too bad I have to stay here until Monday afternoon in order to accept shipment of the new hide-a-bed to the house here in Reno.
