Yup! It's a pretty big day. I got up far too early, even too early for me, and will pay for it later in the day.
We shall begin by walking the dogs and then making goodies to take with us on our quest for family and friends.
We shall leave here at about +/- 11am and stop off in Elk Grove to pick up Momma Anne. Then we shall tool south to Tracy, California, where we will visit with my sister and take part in a family Easter dinner.
At about 2:30 or so, we shall take our leave and go north east to Byron, California, where we will visit with a niece and partake in another Easter dinner.
Hopefully, they will be able to roll me out to the car at about 6 pm and we shall return north to Sacramento.
Have to cherish these occasions. JoAnne's Mom has already exceeded her ninetieth year and I have exceeded the age of 70. Though we are both in good health at this point, one can only live one day at a time and enjoy what we have when we have it.
The challenges are still there for me and she is amazing! She still drives and lives alone in her own home. "God Bless us all!" as said by Tiny Tim.
Y'all take care hear?
