It is too bad that this newest (correct) ruling by the Supreme Court will not deter or derail the Confirmation of, or appointment of bigoted and racist Sonya Soltamayor. The court rightly determined that it is illegal and unconstitutional to discriminate against one group – of a supposedly lesser political influence (whites) – because you fear a lawsuit being initiated by another group who currently has a higher level of political influence (blacks). Again I reiterate as to how lucky I am to have been educated and militarized in the days before affirmative action, set asides, quotas and racial parody, preferential treatment and placement. This ruling by the Supreme Court finally adds the force of law to Dr. Martin Luther King’s admonition of all people living somewhat harmoniously, together in a color blind and merit-based society.
The four DemLib Supremes again spit on, disrespected, and ignored our U.S. Constitution, just as they are usually prone to do.
Today’s Supreme Court decision is a true victory for civil rights for all Americans, regardless of skin color – as it was meant to be.
