I saw a lot of Tomato
and then some qualities of Kiddo
the sensitivity of Dear
and the intellect of really none other

clearly an uncovered treasure
never knew a person to be wise
so remarkable that they could teach me a kinder lesson
not built on selfishness but
a combination of things others never want to say
a composition of tolerance and patience closer to the simple things
like nature
the image others portrayed but was merely superficial

instead of a hardened stare I saw this man shed a simple tear
not the shy, nice, timid guy some claim him to be
Wow not boring this man can speak on so many things
the questions and perspectives would make an astronaut think.

He is intellectual, full of constant mind stimulation.
like an engineer he understands how things work
a gentle natured man strong in mind, opinionated and full of ambition
it's not clearly understood why he is removed from the mother of his children

to understand the word chivalry is something only seen in books

an independent woman yet how did he implement such courtesy and so smoothly

he does everything with logic it follows lines of progression

I blame me for not seeing his shimmer that first night we met

but stepping into anything with two feet, no matter I need time to think...

So considerate I often wonder what he thinks?

the intriguing thing is I think I am now that person
just good enough to be a friend
