Woke about 5;45 a.m. and Dolly was giving Houston a good "watering". I was so happy - rushed outside to get my paper before it go all wet and went back to bed to listen to all the "Dolly" news. That will be all we hear until it goes away. Don't look for anything but rain and that suits me. I won't have to move in all the plants and chairs, etc.

Took a minute off to take my sis's chihuahua outside for her. She doesn't walk too well, so I try to help out.

My Stenosis shot kicked in overnight and I feel great!!! It is so good to not have a nagging back-ache all time.

One dil called yesterday to tell me all the problems with having her kitchen restored. She had her cabinets painted and glazed. She is pretty particular about her things and the man who did the cabinets did't do a good job. She had him back over and told him she wasn't happy and not to do the ceilings before he made the cabinets look right. The sad thing is that she has already paid him. I told her to go to her main contractor and suggest he see that it is done right.

My eyes are not focusing right this morning. Feels like my implant has slipped in the right eye. I was just at the Opthomologiest last Friday and all was well. Maybe, I can rub the top and get it to behave.

It is cloudy and we will be having bands of rain all day. Hurrah!!
