Today was wash and clean and cook day , I am determined to keep active, fair enough I had a chair in close proximity but it got done that's the main thing .
Thawed out 1.5 kg piece of corned beef , how to do it in a microwave I asked my favourite, Mr Google , up came the answer 20 minutes , turn over , another 20 minutes back again another 20 minutes.

Only one boo boo I done it in the bag it came with , just scorched a little bit , next time will use an oven bag.
When it was cold I sliced it all up , divided into 4 meals ready for the freezer, keeping one serve for dinner, just as well I did for even though it was tender , because of permanent chewing pain ,( its is improving) I could not eat it , BUGGA, had spinage mashed spud on the plate so I put the meat through the blender - Bliss-- lol .

Afterwards done the rest the same, can use that for sandwiches after defrosting.

Tomorrow am taking Cath out for lunch and a movie ( her choice) told her that I will pay , she liked that bit, I imagined her face on the phone lol, should be a good day.
We are still great friends, she came over Saturday while my daughter and son in law was here , after they had gone she stayed and we just talked and had a few laughs.
.She went home with a George Forman grill and some frozen vegies I wont eat , it was a good visit .
