Here's Question ?

For dinner this evening my Cath has prepared a roast leg of lamb with vegies and she has just given me the knucle to chew on bugga the dog i'm in first she was very thoughtful gave me a cloth so i would't burn my fingers , when we were kids it was first in for the nuckle part and being the youngest i always lost.
Other things that i like is the knuckle of a leg ham and a smoked pork hock straight out of the cooker--bread and butter pudding with sultanas---smoked chicken - so what do you like to eat

At this moment I love Chinese, Italian, smoked salmon and burgers. For dessert, my favourite is ice cream (any flavour will do).

all those except the burger for me also

There is a company that sells butterflied leg of Australian lamb. It's perfectly seasoned. Cost a fortune even when meat prices aren't up, but worth it. Seared in the pan than a few minutes in the oven.... dammit.... I want one NOW!

thats a newby for me john--we can have the butcher bone it for us then we season it and sew up the openings

Probably too much to list! Anything with pie crust, meaty or sweet. Almost anything Mexican. Beef stir fry. I could go on forever!

My death row meal: brisket (corned or not), potatoes... tapioca pudding or bread pudding for dessert.
comment by steve on Nov 6, 2012 6:39 AM ()
corned brisket for sure but not roasted---prefer a blade roast--the other two are ok

I like southern cooking at it's most sinful and southwestern food that is
hot and spicy. Also a good beef roast and pie for breakfast.
