Good Place to Be

Blakeview South Australia and its a great place to live , everything close handy --Adelaide city is 30 km away the beach 20 km --the river Murray 70 km and the wine area Barossa Valley 10 km .
Two major shopping centres within 15 minutes has everything you need, sports grounds and enough for all kinds of sports nearby for young people-- 3 high schools 4 primary so what more do you need .
Houses to buy range from $185.000- to $400.000 --properties to rent are in demand, so you pay from $220 a week to $350 for a 3 bedroom home. Medical services are great plenty of doctors and medical clinics in the area with one large public hospital and one private.
Playford city council operate all services and collect rates to do so , Blakeview is only one part of the district , like all rates you pay by % of what your house is worth same with water after you use your free allowance

Hope you enjoy the photos and a couple of funny ones

Australia is not available to me now. I sure wish I had gone when I was
younger. It looks lovely.
