Gday -- gee six months to the day since i've been on here and certainly things have changed a lot for me , really I had just about forgotten mybloggers what with my own not too flash carrying on
First shock –Cath and I have had a very very amicable would be the word separation after sixteen years, over the last eighteen months we have not been any where or done any thing owing to my dizzy spells even though docs said not serious, so we put it down to lack of communication we both got set in our own ways until till the big bang.
We are still the best of mates , I went over her place for a cuppa today and am taking her to lunch and theatre next week. We even swapped beds the other day , she wanted the queen size one that was here which I was more than happy to do , so while I was at hospital appointment she and grandson came and set things up .
For the first month things ticked along nicely, set things around here my way --Every thing Tickety boo-- so sang Danny Kaye--- then the boom fell and frightened hell out of me for 3 days in hospital losing the sight in my right eye,, my guardian angel must have took pity on me because after all the tests and biopsies my good eye is 100 percent so I can still drive , a rear view camera and change of mirror and no problems .
As for the looking after my self no problems , my best mate here is my microwave lol the rest is a breeze, I think Ethel Merman sang --Every thing is up to date in Kansas City – the same here
