The older I get, the more I appreciate my mother. I lost her when I was 25 years old, and I miss her still Your phone call the other day really lifted my spirits. LeRoy's suffering ended this morning and he is at peace. I hope we can do lunch some hot July day.

Hi Marg, I'se back. I've missed you. Had some hard days to live thru, but all is better now. We had rain here yesterday for 4th of July...felt good. Most of June was in the 103 to 108 range, BUT, I hasten to say, "it was a dry heat."

Cats are cool. When I moved from CA, our city cat loved his new desert home and bagged two or three mice a night. Roses thrive here in AZ and geraniums too. Great news about your stress test
