My studio is a mess, but that's normal. Vincent Van Gogh never had a studio. Neither did Piero della Francesca. I have so many paint tubs that I don't have room to store them. Some are stacked three deep on a table and tons are in boxes on the floor.

I am working on two projects right now. You can see two views of Painting Number Uno, UNTITLED, which is a composition in reds and blue of a clump of various Phalaenopsis orchids. The other painting is under it on the metal easel and is just underway - of a cluster of sunflowers.
I have on an oil filled electric radiator up there. No second floor heat. This old house gets really cold and we have had three consecutive below freezing nights. Tonight it will warm up into the mid to upper 30s. I'm starting to sweat. LOL
Paint (acrylic) flows harder in the cold, so I crank up the radiator in the morning until it gets to about 55 in the studio, then I can paint. That takes three hours just to warm to 55.
I have another smaller painting underway, but it is a gift for an uncle who sold his house a couple years ago. I am painting his old house for him.
