As I am still among the "undefined," I have ceased trying to change or to fix that. The settings panel just does not function properly. Therefore, I have decided to remain among the undefined. There is something rather satisfying about that status.

As for the recent blog chatter about the possible second stimulus to SS recipients ($250), all I have to add is that, yes, I am among those in the blogger's statistics that show only nine percent of "seniors" are below the poverty line. Therefore, I would happily accept the cash. I spent a long career funding the United States Treasury and I have absolutely no regrets about accepting a little of it back.

It began to rain overnight. It is still raining. That brought down a mess of yellow leaves. Yesterday I went around with a camera and shot lots of pics of the bright yellow and red trees. We are (were) at peak color. Now, with the rain, we go "post-peak" and the brown leaves will dominate. I took the photos to use in my upcoming painting class, which commences next Wednesday night. The class has filled. Sorry.
