This time I browned ground sirloin, dumped the fat, stirred-in the sauce and had to add liquid because the sauce is sooo thick!

Added half of a half cup of water and the same amount of olive oil. Stirred it well and let the meat simmer in the sauce for about 15 minutes while I boiled some Linguine al dente.
Strained the pasta, dumped on the sauce and meat, sprinkled a large handful of shredded Asiago cheese and carried it to the TV baseball game.
It is awesome! I have made sauces for over 22 years now and have never reached this level. I love it!

I will now have another glass of this precious Chianti I discovered for $7.50 a bottle!

Enjoy your store-bought sauces.
