I get my car back after 4:00 pm today! Hooray. The red Jeep Liberty is a nice rental but it is higher off the road. I will be happy to once again feel like I am driving an automobile instead of a truck. I will miss the hatchback, though.

I am so fortunate that I have always had insurance that covers 100 percent of comprehensive. No deductibles. The deer thing two years ago came to over $3500 damages. This broken windows and firecracker damage of vandalism cost over a thousand. I didn't even have to pay a dime for the rental.

I will never switch insurance. Never.

Yesterday I stopped at the agent's office just to thank them.

The Masters is on! The leader is 60 years old and shot 67. I feel good. I could probably break a ninety on that course! LOL

We had so much hard rain that it turned my street into a flowing river for two hours. Lots of thunder and lightning last night so I put a throw on the bed and allowed the four furballs to sleep on it with me. After two pretty close lightning strikes two of them were under the covers against me. By morning they had all abandoned the bedroom.

Now I have to change bedding to get the cat hair out.
