The photo I took out the front door window. I can't open the doors to outside because the snow has drifted them shut. There is a three foot drift against the back door! If I get the courage to go out after the 30mph wind dies down I can go out the basement access door because it opens inward.

Why go out at all? There is nothing open anywhere. All businesses are closed and there is a Level Three here, which means emergency vehicles only. Drive and you will get arrested.

We must have got over a foot since yesterday. In the morning on Friday it was clear and windless, no snow. Then it began in the afternoon and got windy and windier.

I managed to get to visit my Mom in the afternoon and then came home in about two inches of the stuff, parked and went inside. By eight at night I couldn't go out on the front porch to smoke my pipe anymore. I went to bed about midnight and it looked like Siberia out there.

Toledo is only about 50 miles north and they got only a couple inches. Columbus is 110 miles south and they got way more than us!

There are few vehicles due to the fact the city has abandoned the streets. They will get out to plow and whatever but probably only after the wind dies down. Also, with the Level 3 there are only emergency vehicles allowed.
