We got new neighbours not too long ago. They look like a respectable couple with 2 little kids but they're not. They are potheads. They live down wind of us and every time they light up they stink up my house. They only smoke outside. I'm sure if you were to ask them why they don't take their malodorous Mary Janes inside they would claim to be concerned for their children's welfare but I've seen them toking beside their infant child. I'm looking forward to Winter when my windows will be shut tight. I'd call the cops on them but it's legal. I know there is a noise bylaw but I don't think there is a stench bylaw in this town. I wonder if I can get high from their second hand smoke? Might help with my arthritis. Just trying to look on the bright side. I'm really just fed up.
