Had company for the weekend.
Me neice and nephew from Sturbridge MA.
They have never been here and arrived safe and sound with the help of GPS.This is a great system to have if you do a lot of driving.They did not have any problems getting here.
My nephew is the son of my oldest sister.
He was one of my ushers at my wedding .
They are very happily married after 25 years or more.
Not sure for lost track of the years there.
Gave them a tour of the capital city of Concord,NH.
I bought a new sleeper sofa and a foam mattress comes with it.Also a new one for us.The mattress.
They say you should changed it every five years.
Well the one that we had like 30 years.
No wonder my back was giving me problems.LOL
It is great Never felt better with this.This is also a foam mattress.What a different it makes.Better than the standard box spring and mattress.
very pleased with it.
Then on Sat.night went to an open house of our friends that they give on every year.
They lived in an old tavern house.
Gave them a tour and had a very nice time.
With all of the goodies that they had there.
Mike would not have had to cook dinner.LOL.
He did.Salmon,rice,asparagus etc.
Salad rolls.Swedish apple pie and ice cream.
Stayed up late after that getting caught on families,children etc.
The are the folks that we visit every year.
Sunday morn.asked them if they would liked to ride to the ocean.But the weather forecast for the afternoon was not all that great.We had planned to watched the game at one.
But said he will rather be safe in returning home.
No problem.They left mid morning as he wanted to make sure to see the game.This is the New England Patriots.
The weekend was nice and the people that you love are great to spend time with.
Oh!well better stop rambling.
