This is Buffy ball and the one and only.
Well let get back to what I am trying to say.
After our first dog died coming back from Spain.
We were both broken hearted as we did not get a chance to say good by to him.
We had him for 8 yrs.Short lived.
So we adopted a dog from the Cocker Spaienl Rescue.
He came to us at the age around a year and a half.
This was back in the year of 2002 I guess not sure.
He will be eleven in June.
What does this has to do with the ball?
A very good friend of mine gave him his first ball with the new owners(us)and he loved it.
Getting ahead of the story.When we got him he came with a few toys as the former owner says that he loved.
Yea right.He could not care less about it.
Rather have what Bob gave him.
Over the years I have bought him new toys as the ball was getting crunchy and ready to fall apart.
He want no part of it.
So here I am washing and sewing to keep it together.
He sleeps with this and has this near him at all time.
The ball is nothing special but to him it is.
When going out for a ride the ball comes with it.
Going to the Vet and Groomers the ball comes with him.
Have not bought any new toys lately as he has no interest in it.
He came from the state of Vermont.
The former owner had to get rid of him and so they say that he bit some of the grandchildren.
The daughter says,if you do not get rid of him and we will not bring your grandchildren here again.
Some daughter,maybe a selfish bitch.
They told me another story that he was abused by the children .
You never get the right story from then anyways.
A letter came with Buffy and the former owner seemed to be in tears writing this letter.
Well if she was going to miss him,why did not put the dog in the cellar while her grandchildren are there.
Some owners do not think clearly about what to do.
Well anyways just a little bit of history on Buffy.
We had a hard time with him at first as he finally got to settled down som.
We had our nip and tuck with him but survied.
Many times I want to send him back but then something held me back not to.
He has been with us for 11 years as he is getting older now.
We will see what happen in the near future.
