Greg Louganis marries Johnny Chaillot in Malibu ceremony










The Olympic diver tied the knot with Johnny Chaillot in California this weekend.

Greg Louganis made it official with his paralegal boyfriend, Johnny Chaillot in a Malibu, Calif., ceremony at sunset on Saturday.
"It was amazing because I have so many people from all facets of my life here tonight and they are all here and celebrating it is all wonderful," Louganis told People after the big day. "I already feel different. The ceremony was so reflective and representative of who we are."

About 160 people attended the ceremony, including "I Dream of Jeannie" actress Barbara Eden, "3rd Rock from the Sun" actor French Stewart and comedian Bruce Vilanch. Former Olympians Janet Evans and Nadia Comaneci also made it to the event.

"Last night was magical!" Louganis wrote on Twitter. "I am so blessed! Johnny Chaillot walked down the aisle by his sisters, and me by my coach."

Louganis and Chaillot became engaged last June.

"Yes! It is official we are getting married! I love my life and I love Johnny Chaillot!" Louganis tweeted at the time.

Louganis, now 53, medaled five times for the United States in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics. He met Chaillot on Match.com in 2012.

"I finally met my soul mate," the former Olympian has said of his engagement. "The more I fall in love with Johnny, the more I fall in love with myself. This is what the universe had in store for both of us."
