Farmer's Market

Mostly every Saturday morning we hit the farmers mkt.
On the left there is Mike shopping with the X on his t shirt.
Got some nice fresh Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
It is so nice, that they block off the street.
If we had guest coming for dinner we always go there and get some fresh vegetables
or whatever they have.
Wonderful bread and pasteries.
It was a nice morning and the weather was elegant.

Then on the way home as I mentioned in my last blog we saw a bad accident in
front of the bank. There are too many aggressive drivers out there.
They do not have any patience at all.
Two new cars got smashed.
Not sure who was at fault, but whoever done this deserved it.
Have a great weekend.

The leeks didn't grow too well last year after the drenching they had from the wetest weather we had on british records, I guess he's still feeking the frustration

Our town has a farmers' market every Saturday during the summer at one of the local elementary schools. It draws quite a crowd. It is a great way to get some neat starter plants for the yard or fresh produce.
