My 'Time Machine'.

Here is a link for the website which has held me engrossed, for the past couple of months.
This site (which is in the format of a very, large book), has had the ability to draw me back through the swirling mists of times gone by and deliver me into the 'pea-souper fog', which once upon a time, adorned 'Old London Town'.
This fantastic factual history journey, was created and compiled by Lee Jackson.
It is a 'book', within a 'book', within another . . . etc. (I am yet to find the 'last page') . . . !

I've only been to London once in my life (way back in '67). I can imagine your interest. I'm "checking you out" via Ana (one of my friends). Welcome to MyBloggers land.

Oh 1967 was a wonderful year to see London. I was just beginning to 'bunk off' school at that time and a friend & I used to get our 'Red Rover' bus ticket in order to discover our home town for ourselves! The National Art Gallery, 'all' the museums became our 'education
Perhaps you had the chance to take in Carnaby Street and The Kings Road. Once I had finished school in 1969, I had a brief stint at working in one of the boutiques in The Kings Rd. fabulous
Thank you for popping in (I am not that new - I have had a few other 'guises', both here and on Blogster)
