Everyone has different experiences, but it does help to know what to expect before going in the hosptial. I guess Ken was lucky, his doctor walked him thru each step. Told us what to expect, what he would look like afterward...what to do...how it would feet. He was in Saint Thomas hospital in Nashville.

Valerian Root is good, and it's an herb. It helps you sleep...but with anything I'd talk to you Dr. first before taking it. You can get it at Wal-Mart
