I hope the shot helps, I've had knee pain since I was a kid. I feel down a lot... I've had shots in the foot and that hurt like heck...haven't had one in the knee. Glad that you did ok with it.

I've not been getting a lot of sleep myself. I wake up 3:00a.m. and wonder around. The night I was outside in my bunny slipper in the dark just sitting, waiting, watching...for what? who the heck knows. I happen to think worm races are pretty cool myself.. As far as the truck..dang gave me goose pimples all down my back. You all be careful don't want to loose you or anybody else. *hugs tight*
