It seems that these are only words and not something that people who get married take very seriously.
Example- my own life- I have gone through some rough times these past few years- lost everything I had,(home, retirement funds, job) due to certain unforeseen circumstances-
(crooked real estate agents and brokers who sold me the home, exposure to meth chemicals and mold toxins in a house that almost cost me my life), friends and close family members who liked me when I had money but have now deserted me because I am poor.
Now, the one person who I thought was going to stand by my side no matter what (remember the title of this post) is also walking out and leaving because "this is all your fault."
I am and have been doing the best I can- given the fact I lost my home, and all of my retirement money (over 200,000 dollars).
However, I am not asking for any one to feel sorry for me. I am and have always been a survivor. With or without these people in my life, I will survive and bounce back. I always have. I am not and have never been a victim- I am and always see myself as being a victor.
