To all Renters:
When you are being sued by a Landlord for Eviction and have to go into court, heed this warning:

Know that the Landlord will lie about you to the Judge and make you out to be the bad guy.
Know also that the Landlord will play on the Judge's emotions and will put on an act to play on the judge's sympathy so that he or she will get their way.
You need to be a better actor that the Landlord- if need be, cry, beg, pretend to have a mental breakdown, or suffering a heart attack or stroke. Begin to hyperventilate- twitch-shake- collapse on the floor- create a potential medical emergency. By doing so, the Judge will have and show sympathy for you and not for the Landlord.

Remember- The Landlord will use these same tactics against you. So use it against him.
