Thanks for the information. Now I can enjoy as many Christmas cookies as my little heart desires without one ounce of guilt or calories.

I am going to attach Cookie Rules to every box of cookies I give as presents and post the rules by the plate of cookies I take to work so no one will feel guilty. You know, I always follow the rules. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Excellent set of rules. I'm sending them to my friend who loves cookies, and frosting even more.
